Many people speak of getting in touch with their inner selves.

Well, I did and my inner self's name is Dax (Gregory) Michaels. 

I first created Dax Michaels as an online alias at a time when putting personal information online was still a ponderous subject.

Since then, I have gotten completely over the uneasiness of using my real name Christopher Joseph Petersen online and readily do so.

However Dax Michaels had already established himself as a familiar name!

Many internet denizens had heard of Dax Michaels but not of Christopher Joseph Petersen.

Yet, some "we-know-everything" people had later told me that I should switch everything over to my real name!

Yet after giving it very little thought, I figured, why get should I get rid of DAX?

Should I get rid of DAX on account of other people's perceived notions of how they would/could interpret this?

Wouldn't this be a conforming action?

BESIDES, I LIKED MY DAX MICHAELS IDENTITY!!!

HE WAS MY BAD-BOY IMAGE! AND FOR SOMEONE WHO HAD SPENT HIS EARLY YOUTH STUDYING AND BEING A GOOD BOY, MY BAD BOY PERSONIFICATION WAS QUITE A WELCOME CHANGE!!!

AND BESIDES, THE DAX MICHAELS BAD-BOY IMAGE GOT CHRISTOPHER JOSEPH PETERSEN TO GET IN TOUCH WITH HIS INNER SELF AND GRAB HIMSELF BY THE BALLS TO BECOME THE MAN HE ALWAYS WANTED TO BE AND NOW LIVE THE LIFE HE ALWAYS DREAMED OF LIVING!!!

SO, I BAPTIZED MY INNER SELF AS DAX GREGORY MICHAELS AND WHENEVER CHRISTOPHER JOSEPH NEEDS SOME GOOD ADVICE, HE CONSULTS DAX GREGORY!!!
